Dr. Ali G Mansour originally joined the Doctors Medi Center team back in 2007. He obtained his medical degree from Egypt, completed a Family Practice internship and residency at New York Medical College in 2001, and a Geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2003 where he was preparing a Master’s Degree of Science in Public Health (MSPH).
Growing up, he watched his father succumb to advanced diabetes, regularly going in and out of the hospital and slipping into a coma due to complications and poor medical care. It was during this young age that he decided to become a physician to provide the badly needed medical care his father, as well as those less fortunate, deserve.
He believes that family medicine is unique, in that it provides the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients and remain caring for those patients from a young age all the way through their golden years. Primary and urgent care requires not only a high level of competency, but, just as important, excellent bedside manners. His ability to personally connect with patients and treat them with dignity and respect is irreplaceable and unsurpassable.
